
MALAYSIA 2007 - After many attempts at many locations around the world I finally managed to catch my first "Barracuda". After a great fight the 'barra' was in the boat and just an hour or so later it was on a plate !! The hotel chef cooked it up with garlic and herbs, rice, vegetables, and some great local sauces. You don't get much fresher than that and it tasted really good :-)
