Francais dans le rain !!! .... then more rain, and some more rain.

August 2007 - the annual trip to Biarritz for sun and surf.

After 1 day of perfect 3ft glassy waves, clear skies, and hot sun at Cote De Basque the weather changed drastically and served up 6 solid says of howling onshores, ragged swell, and HEAVY rain. Oh joy !

Cote De Basque was closed due to potential 'flood pollution' but I was going to surf "somewhere" - it had to be done! This is Hendeye - blown out, shoredump surfing, in rain that was SOOOOO heavy it was difficult to see or breath. Surfing's in the blood - whatever the conditions - I still loved every minute. :-)
