Bleedin Ek :-(

After yet another 10 days of wind and rain (!) - there was a clear forecast for a window of opportunity this morning. Light winds (8mph SW) and clear and consistant 11ft swell at K2 with everyone forecasting a solid 3ft (maybe 4) early morning. Up at 6:00am ........in North Devon by 7:50am ................ 1ft crap. Honestly I really cant take any more of this.......and to make it worse, at 6pm this evening it had somehow picked up again to 3ft a clean ...but im at home - having done yet another training session in the pool - ready for when I eventually get a decent surf again. At this rate I'm guessing some time in 2014 !

I will not be defeated - all the lengths in the pool will make sure Im ready. This has been an awful 6 months surfwise but nothing will ever stop me loving it - bring on the next swell :0)
